Zeke

1999 – 2026

Zeke was a blessing for 27 years. He came into his owner’s life as a 3 year old and was a surprise from her husband and daughter. He was a Paso Fino, and she had fallen in love with his breed after riding one at Slippery Rock University. Her husband put their daughter on a search for one and she located Zeke for sale in Ohio. Her daughter and friend Deb took the horse trailer and headed to Ohio and later returned that day with Zeke.

He was the perfect horse for his owner and it was the biggest surprise of her life. She enjoyed endless trail rides with him. As he got a little older, he became the favorite ride for the younger kids and his gentle spirit made him the perfect mount for any level of rider.

Zeke was a also a wonderful babysitter for any new horse that arrived in the barn. His kind temperament made him the best to welcome others to the herd. He will remain forever in his owner’s heart, but for now he is with his friends Lily, Xena, TK, Jazzy, Leggs and Jem and many others he welcomed along the way.

Rest easy, sweet Zeke. You were deeply loved — and you will be deeply missed.
